Blake Lively to Present Golden Globes

Appearantly our girl Blake is going to preent and award at the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards, the show will be telecast live on NBC Sunday, January 11 (8 – 11 p.m. EST) at The Beverly Hilton. I found this at People.com.

Three more stars have been added to the star-studded list of presenters for next month’s 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards!

Gossip Girl hottie Blake Lively, The Dark Knight’s Aaron Eckhart and newly minted CSI lead Laurence Fishburne will all hand out awards at the ceremony in January.

The new presenters join an array of big- and small-screen stars like Drew Barrymore, Jake Gyllenhaal, The Mentalist’s Simon Baker, Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez, who had already been announced. Funnymen Sacha Baron Cohen, Ricky Gervais and Seth Rogen will also be on hand, as will new mom Amy Poehler.

Eckhart’s Dark Knight costar Heath Ledger received a posthumous nomination in the supporting actor category.

The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards will be broadcast Jan. 11 from the Beverly Hilton at 8 p.m. on NBC.

Not Interested in Starlet Lifestyle

Blake Lively is in the celebrity spotlight, but she’s not thrilled with the unrelenting exposure.

Her relationship with Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley was fodder for the paparazzi, which intensified when they first denied the romance. The two recently confirmed they’re a couple, but the photo opportunism continues.

That doesn’t mean Lively is getting bitter or cynical or lapsing into a starlet lifestyle because she can. “I want to work and, at the end of the day, I want to go to dinner and watch a movie,” she says. “I don’t want to go to a club and not wear panties.”

The 21-year-old is too busy to act up, anyway. She’s filming episodes of Gossip Girl in New York and doing promotion for The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.

Penn confirms he’s dating ‘Gossip Girl’ co-star Blake

It is now official 🙂

It’s not mere gossip … Penn Badgely says his relationship with Blake Lively is the real thing.

Now that their super-hyped TV show, “Gossip Girl,” has wrapped for the season, Badgely finally opened up about his on-set romance with co-star Lively, 20.

Rumors of the two being more than just friends heated up after they were spotted smooching on a recent vacation to Mexico’s Mayan Riveria.

“Obviously, there’s chemistry there,” Badgely, 21, told E!’s “Daily 10.” Despite that, he quickly added that he was “not a fan” of on-set romances and thought they could “cause a lot of drama.” (Romances causing drama? Wait, this sounds like a TV show. …)

The newest teen heartthrob also said shooting the show in New York City is different from L.A., calling the Gotham city a bit “tame” in comparison.

Lively Refutes Meester Rift Rumors

“Gossip Girl” star Blake Lively has hit out at reports she is in the midst of a bitter feud with co-star Leighton Meester, branding the reports as “nonsense.”

The actress, who plays Serena van der Woodsen in the hit show, had reportedly caused tension on-set after a rift with Meester reached boiling point.

But the actress refutes the reports, blaming the media for the speculative falling out, accusing the tabloid press of “pitting women against each other.”

She tells E! Online, “I think it’s so silly that they try to pry into our personal lives and create drama. All this me against Leighton thing is the biggest nonsense in the world.”

Last month, Lively also accused the press of sparking rumors of an on-set love affair with co-star Penn Badgley after the pair were snapped enjoying a seemingly romantic break in Mexico.

Blake Lively Joining Pippa Lee

It’s rumored that Blake will be starring in a new movie called ‘The Private Lives of Pippa Lee’, along with Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder, Monica Bellucci, Julianne Moore and Robin Wright Penn.

Blake Lively (“Gossip Girl”) is set for a principal role writer/director Rebecca Miller’s The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, the comedy-drama set to start shooting this month in Connecticut.

Lively is joining a cast that includes Robin Wright Penn, Julianne Moore, Wynona Ryder, Keanu Reeves, Maria Bello, Alan Arkin and Monica Bellucci.

The pic is an adventurous trip through Pippa Lee’s past and present, as a methamphetamine-addicted mother whose husband leaves her for a younger woman. Pippa indulges in an array of erotic adventures while heading toward a quiet nervous breakdown.

Lively’s upcoming credits include The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 and New York, I Love You.

According to TV.com our favorite show Gossip Girl will be back on April 12.

Gossip Girl will return to TV on April 21,2008 with 5 new episodes.

But I have also heard that it might be 6 or 9 new episodes. We will see.

Blake Lively Talks Nose Job Rumors

Thanks to speculation in the tabloids, rumors are now circulating that Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively had a nose job. According to reports — and questionable photographic evidence — the 20-year-old actress allegedly had her beak tweaked after filming 2006’s Accepted.

So when OK! caught up with Blake at Wednesday night’s Chanel Fine Jewelry’s Night of Diamonds held at The Plaza in NYC, we just asked her straight out about the stories.

“I don’t know,” Blake told OK! “It’s the way you address any rumor. People want to talk. They want to create negative things about you and your life, make up things. You can’t look at it. You can’t let them affect you.”
